About Joseph
Biography
Joseph’s practice is in litigation, with a focus on employment, labor, construction, and commercial litigation. He has represented individuals, businesses, and public entities at all stages of litigation. He regularly represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He is especially interested in confronting novel and challenging legal issues in cases of first impression and on appeal.
Originally from Tucson, Joseph is a professional violinist who serves as Principal Second Violin of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra. When not in the office or on stage, he enjoys hiking, backpacking, and Arizona basketball. He serves on the advisory board for the Cooper Center for Environmental Learning, which provides Tucson-area children with immersive educational experiences in the Sonoran Desert.
