Pulled A Gun On Me

First of all that's not him in the picture. I hired Joe to represent me in a misdemeanor case in 2013 which he initially handled very well. Two weeks before the final disposition of the case (which was to be the case being dismissed) he pulled a .357 magnum on me, pointed at my face and told me t...o leave town and never come back or he'd "bury me in the desert"...you see, I had asked his secretary on a date during one of my office visits and she accepted, only to stand me up. It turns out he (as a married man) was nailing his secretary and didn't like the fact that she had accepted my invitation to dinner. At first I blew off his threat as simply heat of the moment but then the man showed up to my house, with the same gun, and told me if he came back in 3 days and I was still there, he'd kill me. I left town, moved back east, and now I have a warrant for my arrest in AZ on a case that should have been dismissed. It turns out that leaving town was the best idea because about a month later he shot his secretary's ex in the back with the same .357 magnum. He currently has a 2nd degree attempted murder charge pending, yet somehow, is still able to practice law. A quick Google of his name will also provide the 12 charge sanction levied against him by the AZ bar for a MULTITUDE of indiscretions. Avoid this guy at all costs.

I hired Joseph Palmisano in 2008. He did a magnificent job

I have a higher Joseph Palmisano into thousand and eight and he did a magnificent job not only did he get a bunch of my charges dropped but he got me probation when it was mandatory that I go to prison. I believe Joseph, Sunil was worth every penny and more and I would definitely hire him again an...d refer people to him . My case was a high-profile case in the news on TV and in the newspapers . This man is a total genius he is brilliant and he does know his stuff he is extremely intelligent .

The biggest regret of my life was hiring Joseph Palmisano

I retained him in April 2013 to represent my husband. I paid him $3,000 for him to do nothing. He filed no motions, didn't even show up to half of the court dates. He himself was arrested for shooting his secretary's ex. He did not do a damn thing but take my money. In October of 2013 He quit 2 days... before trial and sent me a bill for $14,000. It took him and his office 4 months to hand over my husbands file, which he didn't even do. All he gave was a police report and nothing else. Trial is now set for next week and the new attorney appointed doesn't even have a discovery to look at to begin to prepare for trial. Its been almost a year since I retained him and my husband is still sitting in jail. The original trial date was set for September 2013 but because of him doing nothing but pushing this case back and then quitting has caused so many things. I told him after he got into his own trouble that if he felt he could not represent my husband to the best of his ability to please let my know so I can find someone else. But that if he said yes he could and would I would stand by him 100% he said yes. He LIED. I do not recommend him to my worst enemy. He might have been an excellent attorney in the past but not any more.
