we had hired Jessie back in August of 2014 since then her and her team have helped us and my husband with his legal status. after we didn't pass our interview with immigration we had to do a waiver. it was the most heartbreaking thing we ever had to go through. Jesse stepped up and helped us get thro...ugh it. she went up and beyond what was expected of her. she answered every question we had and provided us with all the information that we needed. My wife and I applied for her residency. After submitting all the required forms, paperwork and completing the interview process, we got an "intent to deny" letter. The letter stated that our option was to submit a waiver within 30 days or the petition would be denied. You can imagine what my wife... and I felt when we got it. We immediately started looking for immigration attorneys; we interviewed with a couple that simply stated that the case was very complicated and gave us little hope to get it approved.
