Back in 2012 I personally had a case as everyone does something dumb when they are young. It’s been 8 years since this situation. As I am a responsible adult now who is trying to clear her name, during this covid pandemic from California which is where I’ve always lived. Allegedly this public defende...r does not wish to waiste 1 minute with myself... her client and has the Tucson city clerks covering for her. I’m just trying to clear my name and give my father his last wishes as he is in hospice. Everyone American is dealing with much more than I am. My only wish is to resolve this situation . The only way I can resolve this situation is to speak to the public defender that is directly related to the case which she represented me in. I understand public defenders are doing their best to go through as many cases as they can but I want every citizen to know how hard it is to even get 1 second of Christina’s time to look at a case that was apparently thrown away... be careful out their! Know who is representing you and understand that allegedly not every public defender is working for the public, sometimes they only care about special interests and not your well being. This 9 year old case I’m attempting to get information on is critical. If this case is not solved, I may never be able to get a proper job or purchase a home or even pass a background check till this day. I haven’t driven a car in 9 years and cannot get a permit until this “public defender” gives me the information I need to move on with my life. Good luck patriots! I’ll keep trying.
