She was a great guide all through my naturalization process

I retained Caterina for my naturalization process because I wanted to do it right. She and her assistant paralegal Jennifer were very easy to communicate with. Whenever I emailed them with questions, they responded promptly and fully. Caterina has many years of experience working as an immigration at...torney and working with her alleviated my anxiety significantly. She prepared me for the citizenship interview well. I appreciated her frankness especially. Everything went smoothly and I was fortunate to be able to become a US citizen within about six months since filing of my application. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to do the process right.

A True Expert

Cathy is a brilliant and competent lawyer. She took over for my case when her colleague went on leave and I was lucky to have been assigned to her. We were applying for the Removal of Conditions on my Greencard and now my 10-year residency is approved. She is informative, straigthforward, and kind.

Hello

I have been a client of Cathy's for many years and she has always been very open and honest about what would happen in the process of my case. I have recommended many people to her both family and friends to see if she too could help them out. I had a sister in law that I had sent her to talk to Cath...y and Cathy told her that she had no real hope on winning her case. Well my sis in law did not like that answer and went to another attorney that promised her the world. Well after $30,000 later in attorneys fees what Cathy said would happen happened and she got deported anyways. Her intrigurity is surpassed by no one.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
