Briana Ortega

As a child of immigrants, Briana has developed two core values in her life: hard work and the importance of building a community. With those values in mind, she opened her law office to provide quality representation for the communities that raised her. Briana represents businessowners and individuals in Nogales, Tucson, and Southern Arizona in civil law matters.

After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, Briana attended Gonzaga University School of Law, where she graduated with honors. Prior to opening her law office, she represented the United States in federal district court where she honed her oral argument and legal writing skills. Thereafter, she worked in civil litigation law firms in Spokane, Washington and Tucson, Arizona.

Briana provides general counseling and litigation representation in numerous practice areas, including employment, commercial, property, and tort law.
