Robert Alan Hicks

Robert Hicks is very knowledgable and was amazing to work with. He makes you feel very comfortable and I knew right away that he would be thorough and make sure every step of my case was done correctly and provide me with the best outcome. I wish I had found him for my divorce, but he took care of my... custody change and enforcing child support and I had an excellent outcome. His paralegal Jennifer was excellent, I knew I was in great hands with both of them on my team and I never had to wonder where the case was at. Jennifer even made sure the court fixed an error from the papers of my prior divorce. I seriously cannot recommend Mr. Hicks enough!!

Robert is an aswesome, experienced , professional, and well knowledgable of his trade as a divorce lawyer. He will answer your phon calls any time of the day (or night). He will reply to your texts as well. He will be upfront with you w/o BS or sugar coding. Rober will tell you exactly what need to... be done and if he can win the case. He will not lead you on, make false promises or sells you fish in the water. Jennifer, his paralegal, is organiized, attention to details, well experienced in legal matters and knows how to manage the paperwork professionally. She is on time communicate effectively. Robert and Jennifer worked on my case they are a great communicators. They do not leave you hanging. I also worked with Stephani she is a well experienced paralegal, great person, and communicator. My impression of the Hicks law firm is impressive. I will recommend their services to any one seeking divorce lawyer. I might add, I did not end up divorcing at the end. Myvwife requested a dissolusion of divorce and I agreed to it.

My husband and I hired Mr. Hicks for a child relocation case. Not only was I constantly anxious about everything, I asked a TON of questions (sometimes more than once). Robert always took the time to answer my questions and to help me separate out what would be useful in Court and what would be less ...than helpful when it came to examination and evidences. He really took the time to understand the situation, listen to the needs and wants we had, and took the case to heart. His belief in our case and what we were fighting for truly helped us win. Added bonus- If you're a huge introvert like I am and have a preference to text/e-mail vs. phone, he was phenomenal at written communication! We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Robert helped me in a divorce/protective order case where I was very hurt, surprised, and wanted a resolution as soon as possible.
