DUI filed as a misdemeanor. Client had 2 prior DUI convictions from 2 other states within the period that the priors could be alleged for a charge of DUI with a prior (actually would have bumped this c ... ase from misdemeanor to felony). Got client a non-extreme first time (no prior) DUI deal. 1 day in jail instead of risking 4 months in prison.
