Kathy was great from Day 1. I didn’t know what to expect, I wasn’t even sure if bankruptcy was the right direction for me, I also had a possible foreclosure and huge equity loan looming over me. However, I sat down with Kathy and we talked about the details, what I could and couldn’t do. She created ...a plan that was specific to my needs, I was in school, and had federal loans, she helped figured out how to deal with the forbearance as well. She was great in communication, in person or email and made me feel better about the process every part of the way. It’s a long, grueling, unnerving process and it’s not worth trying to Google your way through it. I’m a lawyer myself but no background in bankruptcy or the experience that Kathy has. You want someone who knows what they are doing, I have already recommended her to others and I will continue to do so. 2 and a half years later- my bankruptcy has closed, I’m on my way to building back my credit and starting with a clean slate.
