David A McCarville

Mr. McCarville's litigation practice includes appearances in Federal and State Court actions on behalf of his clients. He has appeared in Federal District Court, Bankruptcy Court and Superior Court actions in Pima, Pinal, Maricopa and Safford County.

Mr. McCarville’s Estate Planning practice provides clients with all of the tools they need to avoid the costly and time consuming Probate process through the use of Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Health Care directives that will protect individual assets during incapacity or death.

Mr. McCarville represents successor Trustee's, Conservator's and Personal Representatives and aims to provide cost efficient and effective representation that protects his clients in their fiduciary positions while adhering to the wishes and intentions of the decedent or incapacitated individuals that have entrusted them with their positions.

Mr. McCarville's real estate practice involves advising clients in both transactional and litigation matters. Transactional matters have included business formation for real estate holding companies, lease reviews for commercial and agricultural clients, purchase and sale contracts and review of loan documentation. Real estate litigation matters have involved well sharing agreements, purchase and sale contracts, easements and adverse possession matters.
