Tracy's Trifecta!

Tracy (With Boland Law Group, PLLC) worked on three subjects for me: 1. IRS Private Letter Ruling 2. Probate a portion of my Wife's Estate. 3. Create an LLC. 1. Our Estate Planner, our Brokerage company and my Wife and I all made errors in setting up inheritance of two IRAs while wr...iting a Living Will. The IRAs were 1099'ed as distributions. The Planner wanted me to sue the Broker. I wanted to solve the problem, not give all the proceeds to attorneys. The Broker recommended Boland, and Tracy was our attorney. There were many toes and egos upon which we could step. It was a maze through which Tracy led me with confidence dedicated perseverance and tact. After the solution: An approved PLR, (after only one short set of questions from the IRS) all the previous relationships were still intact and working as well as before. BRAVO!! 2. Part of our Estate was held in the Living Will, and part of it was in my Wife's name only, which had to be probated. Tracy separated the pertinent issues, and achieved the probate with NO hangups! 3. In light of the results of No. 1 and 2, Tracy and I decided I needed to pen an LLC. She did this with a maximum of efficiency and accuracy. Tracy brings great credit to herself, to Boland Law Group, PLLC and to the Profession of Law. She is worth Boland's fee.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
