Best in Az. hands down

Alan defended me in 2006. I tried a low cost attorney prior to finding Mr. Simpson, I quickly found out the difference of an average attorney to a Super attorney. Alan made me feel very comfortable every time we met and also kept me informed as well as what my options were. At the end of my case ( 7 ...felony charges class 2) I did not spend one day locked up, I recieved two years probation on one misdemeanor charge which means I am not a convicted FELON. Thank god for Alan Simpson.

A Lifesaver

I met Mr. Simpson some years ago when I was arrested on a non-violent sexual charge. At that time I was married 25 yrs. with an excellent job with all the perks; car, expense account etc. We had a nice home and a wonderful son, great social life. I have 3 college degrees which goes to show that sm...art people do stupid things. My issues go back to sexual abuse as a child. Even though Alan doesn't take these sort of cases he took mine after talking to my wife and 17 yr. old son. He understood that we had built a wonderful life and that I had issues from childhood that was going to devastate our lives. It took the police 2 yrs. to ask me to turn myself in. Alan told me after learning all the details (I had held back some things back) that he could represent me in court or he could find me help if I really wanted to change, deal with my issues and try to keep the life I love. He hooked me up with a therapist that is known to be the best in the state and well respected with law enforcement. I received a 10 yr probation and 30 days in jail. My PO has told me that 3-5 and lifetime probation could have been. I am happy to report that I have passed all polygraphs, been discharged from therapy, still happily married in our own home, set up a business to help seniors and have not lost family and friends. We are currently working with probation for an early termination. I know this never would have happened without Alan's advice and push to do the right thing for a better life well after our court date. Alan always followed up, directed us in the right direction and kept us well informed on how the law works and what we could expect. I know he has much more important cases than mine but I always felt mine was as important to him as me. He always speaks to us as equals and realizes that I'm the one that screwed up, not my whole family. My family and myself thank God everyday for Alan Simpson. I have peace of mind that I never had as an adult and a whole new life worth living. I would refer Alan to someone in a second and know they would be well cared for.
