Arizona DUI laws are extreme and per the instructors in the required classes I took it is EXTREMELY rare to get out of a DUI. Heather got mine reduced to Reckless Driving which means she was well worth the expense of an attorney. Laws change all the time in Arizona on this issue and the courts and ...the MVD work separately so there is much confusion. I heard so many horror stories from persons in my classes.
