Without regard for the financial well being of my family, Steven McClure recommended filing for Bankruptcy without even researching the case. Another lawyer was able to quickly get my case dismissed using the statute of limitations. It is my recommendation to others that this Lawyer is NOT knowledgea...ble of simple law practice and WILL take your money if possible. A complaint has been made to the State Bar of Arizona, and a petition is currently being circulated to have Steven McClure disbarred from further practice.

As a commercial driver had been assigned through legal plan: Attorney Steve McClure, when I had a couple of issues in AZ, Steve McClure got all issues dismissed entirely. He intervened on trial by phone, as I was in CA. He got radar and logbook violation totally dismissed. He also contacted DA to hav...e bogus charge dropped in Flagstaff when DPS unfairly took me to jail and had my truck towed and pet impounded also. He's very good at what he does, as an Attorney, I just wish he was licensed for CA, not just AZ, and for other states as have had issues, and recently this year got minor speeding in CA, which legal plan did not handle well. If Steve McClure had, would of had reduced to equipment violation, would only pay small court fee. Not nearly $600 to CA and drivers legal plan, so now i have moving violation on my clean record. The drivers legal plan didn't contact me once verdict decided, so was too late to even appeal, plus they wanted like $1500! Steve McClure would of for me off, and is gracious, not greedy, to work with attorney fees. I most highly recommend him. He even sent me a calendar signed by all parishioners from church he attends.
