I also represent equipment and lease finance companies in obtaining relief from the automatic stay or rejection of equipment leases.

I represent primarily banks, financial institutions and other commercial clients to assist them in collecting notes, account receivables, judgments and other debts, whether through litigation or bankruptcy.

I represent commercial clients in all types of collection matters as well as probate and real estate litigation.
