Knowledgeable and professional

This was my first time needing the services of a personal injury attorney. I engaged Mr. Eastman as I had worked with the law firm in the past on business related issues. During my first meeting with Jason, I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain the process that was goin...g to play out. He was not overly aggressive with an attitude of 'we will sue the pants off them' but rather an attitude of what do you want to see happen and explaining what a fair result would be. In all our subsequent conversations Jason always expressed concern about my recovery, explained what was happening with my claim, and what the next step was. It took 10 months to resolve my claim but not sure if that was average or not as I have never had to make a personal injury claim before. My only criticism is that at times I had to initiate contact with Jason to get an update. He always responded promptly but I would liked to have a bit more proactive effort. In summary, I felt very satisfied and comfortable working with Jason. I believed he always had my best interests forefront, was patient with all my questions, and worked for a fair agreement with all parties.
