It is amazing the burdens on my shoulders have become lighter because of the hard work Jillian and Michelle have done on behalf of my child and myself. I am not a lawyer and know very little about the legal system most especially my rights as a father. My first encounter with Jillian was over t...he phone. She had worked with my mother on an estate matter and was very helpful and professional so when I decided to ask for assistance in establishing visitation, educational and general care of my youngest son my mother suggested Jillian. My mom spoke with Jillian and while Jillian does probate, trusts and things of this type, she explained she works with another family lawyer and they would work together to help me. Shortly after hiring these attorneys a serious situation arose that needed attention. Jillian and Michelle immediately contacted the court when they heard what happened and worked diligently on my behalf. Their focus was on maintaining a safe situation for my child and making sure my child was not exposed to more dangerous happenings. They have fought tirelessly for the safety of my child and my rights as his father. Jillian and Michelle are professional and show great interest in the welfare of my child and myself. When I need to ask clarifying questions they never make me feel ignorant for asking. They are a very dynamic team and work well with each other. They respond quickly to my calls or emails and are respectful when I have fears concerning what is happening. If you ever fear for your child because of violence in a domestic situation they are the team you want in your corner. Michelle takes seriously the safety of children and is ready to stand up for them in court. Jillian is the same and they are both strong defenders of families and family values, however, they are not afraid to take on the responsibilities of child safety when the need arises. In our situation Supervised Visits were necessary and Michelle fought to make sure it happened. Each of these ladies brings different strengths to their clients. While we have won everything we have asked for, and that was important, I honestly feel they were motivated by strong convictions, ethics and the safe being of my child. They put in place safeguards and accountability on the part of my child’s mother. This is not an experience anyone wishes to go through, however, you could not have a better team working for and with you than Jillian and Michelle. There is no hesitation on my part on recommending them should you have the need for their services.
