Represents individuals and companies before the Food and Drug Administration on issues related to foods, drugs, dietary supplements, and medical devices. Mr. Arhangelsky represents a wide range of clients on FDA regulatory matters including food, drug, and dietary supplement companies; scientists; physicians; and patients.

Represents clients in litigation involving defamation, unfair competition, deceptive advertising, breach of contract, Lanham Act, patent, copyright, and trademark issues. Mr. Arhangelsky represents clients in negotiation and litigation of insurance agreements. He represents clients in negotiation and litigation of workers' compensation claims.

Represents clients on issues pertaining to Federal Trade Commission regulation of deceptive advertising and deceptive advertising practices including those undergoing investigation by the FTC. Mr. Arhangelsky advises and represents clients, including companies and individuals, on FTC regulatory compliance and defense issues.

Represent clients who have suffered violations of their civil liberties, seeking federal declaratory and injunctive relief against state and federal government. In particular, Mr. Arhangelsky represents clients on First, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendment issues; Commerce Clause issues; Supremacy Clause issues; and Takings Clause issues.
