Biography
I am a certified specialist in Estate & Trust law by the State Bar of Arizona, a qualification shared by less than 50 attorneys in the entire state, and have been licensed an attorney since 2008. I focus my practice in the areas of probate and trust administration and litigation, as well as estate planning. I grew up around estate planning and probate, as my dad has practiced in this area as long as I have been alive. I was certified as a specialist in Estate & Trust law by the State Bar of Arizona in 2015, becoming one of the youngest attorneys to ever achieve such certification.
I have substantial experience in contested probate and trust matters and have conducted numerous trials, participated in over 100 settlement conferences, and have obtained multiple judgments on behalf of beneficiaries against personal representatives of estates and trustees of trusts in excess of $1 Million. I have also successfully removed personal representatives and trustees that engaged in wrongdoing, and have successfully defended personal representatives and trustees accused of breaching their fiduciary duties. I also represent many clients in guardianship and conservatorship matters, have handled countless probate and trust administration matters, and have represented hundreds of clients in connection with their estate planning, preparing wills, trusts and all related documents in connection with implementing a well-rounded estate plan. I also serve as a judge pro tem in Maricopa County, conducting settlement conferences in contested probate matters and covering court calendars.

Great Lawyer!
