Jenna Constance Gamble Bailey

With a decade of experience litigating cases, Jenna Bailey has hundreds of depositions, dozens of jury trials and countless court appearances under her belt. She prides herself on having a stellar reputation. Her secret sauce litigation style is a perfect mix of a laid-back “I got this” energy and tough advocacy.

Jenna started her career as a prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. She prosecuted gang crimes, sex crimes and vehicular crimes. Her trial experience as a prosecutor includes homicides, sexual assault and aggravated assault.

After gaining substantial trial experience, Jenna transitioned into civil litigation.

She defended large corporations, hospitals, doctors, and insurance companies in multi-million dollar litigation. Jenna is used to high-stakes environments. A former collegiate athlete, Jenna has never been a stranger to winner-take-all situations.

Starting her own firm, Bailey Law Firm, allowed Jenna to focus on her passions. Jenna uses her extensive trial experience and litigation skills to help victims of the wrongdoing of others. She handles the most serious of lawsuits, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, elder abuse and neglect, and traumatic brain injury.

If it is serious and high-stakes, Jenna can and does handle it.

The small business law aspect of Bailey Law Firm started because Jenna is a business junkie who loves working with entrepreneurs. Small businesses and entrepreneurship run in her blood. Because of this family tie, Jenna loves advising small business owners.

Jenna graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law. She was Senior Editor of Law Review and earned many academic accolades throughout her law school career. An Arizona native, Jenna attended both the University of Arizona (MBA) and Arizona State University (B.A. in Business Management).

She and her team are actively involved in our community. Her “thing” is dogs! She is an active volunteer for the German Shepherd Rescue in Arizona (Saving Paws Rescue). Jenna helped the efforts for harsher criminal laws for violent animal abusers.

She enjoys learning about and engaging in causes through the firm and personally. The business and corporate focus of the firm also helps non-profit organizations.

In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, which includes four rescue dogs. She is an avid runner and hot yoga and barre enthusiast.

A sports fanatic, Jenna can talk football and basketball with the best of them!
