Prior to the launch of Skenandore Law, PLLC () in February 2014, Samantha was a Senior Associate at the Indian law firm of Shanker & Kewenvoyouma, PLLC in Tempe, Arizona; a Senior Attorney at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, S.C, based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; served as a Tribal Attorney for the Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Justice; clerked for the United States Department of Justice in the Indian Resources Section; and clerked for the State of Colorado Division of Administrative Hearings in Denver, Colorado.  Samantha is Of-Counsel to The Shanker Law Firm, PLC ().

Samantha is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, State Bar of Arizona, Ho-Chunk Nation Bar, Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Court, and the Tohono O'odham Nation Courts.
