Joy is excellent, best attorney I ever have. I went to three different immigration attorneys before my friend referred Joy to me. She helped me a lot and fixed my previous immigration problems. I know my case is very complex and difficult. Joy told me upfront that she could not guarantee anything e...specially my prior immigration problems but I requested her to try anyway. Joy's fee is very reasonable and affordable. I obtain my green card without a problem. She really saved my "life" so that I can stay in US.

This review is long due. After over 18 years having consulting others lawyers in our issue, Mrs. Huang was the only one that Care for our situation without looking at us as $ sign. She ensure us we can resolved it . She prepare a plan action, kept us informed, fight for us . Her plan had a 3 to 5 y...ear for a resolution base on how slow the emigration can be. When was time for a judge hearing and he said he only have a open with a year , she stepped in our behave and she plead to the judge to see our case sooner and he granted her request. It took only 7 months and in September 2013 our family hearts filled with joy when we heard the judge said" Congratulations, you are now a permanent resident of United States ". We will be forever grateful to Joy as she made possible which seems a lost flight to others lawyers. After 18 years, my husband was able to see his parents and it was ALL her experience, system knowledge and caring for us that make it possible.

I am a former Arizona Elementary School Teacher thanks to Joy. My contract was revoked when thanks to Joy I lost my legal status in this country. She handled my employment base petition for residency and messed up my case. Thanks to her I lost my opportunity to get my Permanent Residency. When I hire...d her I told her about a previous problem I have had at the border when I was a teenager. She told me that she did not know if that would affect my application but that we should try and she handle me the contract where it said that she could not guarantee that my permanent residency was going to be granted. Liar. After my application was denied I called her and her answer was, "I do not do waivers you have to go to another attorney." She even recommended me to go to Braccamontes. I consulted Braccamontes just to learned that there was not a waiver available for my situation. I also went to three more lawyers, all of them said I was done. NO waiver was out there for me and I was also asked who had done this for me. I said and attorney; Joy Huang. All of them said that any attorney would have told me that my case would be denied. All of them with the same sad face like saying sorry for what another attorney, Joy Huang, had done to me. Please know that she is very unprofessional. She is a liar. All she wants is your money. I hope this review is useful to people that might be considering hiring her. DO NOT HIRE HER. Do not put your case and your life on the hands of a bad attorney. I paid Joy Huand around $5K for renewal of my H1B, labor certification and my adjustment of Status based on employment. Now thanks to my new husband I am elegible for a waiver.
