Officers allegedly witnessed Defendant driving erratically and initiated a stop resulting in a civil citation. Almost immediately thereafter, police stopped Defendant again where they allegedly witness ... ed additional acts rising to the level of reckless driving. Defendant was arrested at the scene and booked into custody. Defendant hired Kent Law and we conducted a thorough investigation into the facts and allegations against him. Prior to trial all criminal and civil violations were dismissed due to a lack of evidence.

The injunction placed restrictions ... on our client which would make using his personal property or engaging in otherwise lawful activity a criminal violation. The case proceeded to hearing before a municipal judge. The injunction and restrictions against our client was dismissed.
