I leveraged my ARAG legal benefits to help find an attorney who could send a demand letter on my behalf. I was provided with 3 options, and Scott was one of them. I emailed all 3 and although all were initially responsive, Scott was the only one who actually followed through and quickly set up a call... with me. He explained things well, asked good questions, and had a demand letter ready in a timely manner. His staff was great, too. I'd highly recommend his office for anyone in need of legal help!
