Biography
Throughout my career, I have successfully represented clients in negotiations, mediations, litigation, and appeals in many areas of the law, including bankruptcy law (consumer and commercial); family law (divorce, child-support, parenting time); education law (cases under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and under section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act); dependency and severance-of-parental-rights cases; unemployment insurance compensation cases; consumer fraud cases; and more. I have always taken a "client first" approach, ensuring that clients fully understand their case, their options, and the reasons for my recommendations and actions on their behalf.
I currently focus my practice in the areas of consumer and commercial Chapter 7, 11 (including Subchapter V), and 13 bankruptcy cases; commercial litigation; and civil appeals.
