I have over 20 years of experience in representing individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy. In fact, representing individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy cases is all that I do. Members of my support staff have been with me for over 15 years. We get a great deal of satisfacation in helping people get a fresh start.
We have a proven track record in obtaining successful results for our clients. We recently reviewed the records at the Phoenix Bankruptcy Court for the period of March 1, 2011 through April 30, 2011 to see how our sucess rate compared to other attorney's. We found that 100% of the Chapter 13 Plan's filed by McDonald Law Offices were approved by the court within 12 months of the filing of the case. The average time that it took our plans to be approved was 7.3 months. When we looked at other attorney's we found that only 29.7% of the plans filed by all other attorney's combined were approved within 12 months of the filing of the case. Of the 29.7% that were approved, it took an average of 10.2 months to obtain approval. Surprisingly, 14% of the cases filed by other attorney's were rejected by the court within 12 months of the case being filed.
