Great Man

Mr. Salata went above and beyond his duty to help me in my case. He is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice throughout my case. Any time i have a question about something he is there to answer it for me. I would recommend Mr. Salata to anyone. This guy is what an Attorney is supposed to be! Th...ank you Mr Salata

Poor lawyer

What a waste of my hard earned money. I have nothing good to say about my divorce with Brians representation. Brian is an awful lawyer.

Unethical and lacking sufficient knowledge

Brian was totally unknowledgeable about my divorce and dragged it out unnecessarily. He advocated lying and misrepresenting information. He created an adversarial relationship with my spouse which blew the whole thing out of proportion costing three times what it should have. Do not use his servic...es when there are competent attorneys available.

Thank You Mr. Salata

Mr. Salata previously represented me on a J.D. case. My situation was an absolute mess. Brian has not only been just a lawyer in my case, but treated me more like a friend. He is very professional and went above and beyond to keep me informed. He helped explain things in real people terms so I had a ...better understanding of all the legal mumbo jumbo. Although my J.D. case is over I am currently using his services in another family case. I think Brian is great and he is well appreciated by me and my family. ~Stacey May Apache Junction, AZ

Horrific

This Attorney took my families money for a divorce and custody I could have done this myself. He is very unprofessional and long winded and did nothing to resolve my case its been a year and still on going when it shouldve been over

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
