Scott Christopher Kline

Scott Kline is a founding member and partner attorney of Kline Law Group. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Virginia Tech before receiving his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. Before founding his firm, Scott served as an equity partner in the corporate and securities practice groups of both Blank Rome LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pitman LLP. He also advised public companies with over the counter markets and listing placement on senior exchanges. Scott now has over 25 years of legal experience assisting businesses with public offerings, private placements, exempt offerings, and other corporate and securities transactions. He also assists California companies with business litigation, including conflicts involving shareholder lawsuits, breaches of contract, fraud, and misappropriation. Scott works to resolve disputes as efficiently and effectively as possible and is a tireless advocate for his clients.
