Biography
Former prosecutor for Maricopa County Attorney's Office, and an experienced defense attorney. I have successfully resolved thousands of criminal cases, including traffic law, DUI, major felonies and homicides throughout my career. I served in the Family Violence Division at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. Prior to that I worked for the Mesa Prosecutor;s Office where I assisted with domestic violence cases, as well as misdemeanor cases, ranging from DUI and theft. Having graduated from Hartwick College in New York, I recieved my Juris Doctorate from Sullfolk University School of Law in Boston, MA. I am licenses to practice in the AZ Supreme Court, as well as in the US Federal District Court.

Just pick John
I will 100% use John Rhude again for any future traffic violations (which hopefully won't happen again anytime soon). John was able to get my ticket significant reduced. Could not be happier with the outcome.

Above and beyond!
I hired john to take care of 2 cases one in glendale and one in gila bend. Both cases were similar charges and both resulted in the same result being dissmissed. I highly recommend john rhudes law firm. They are like family! They treat you with respect and fight for your rights!
