Attorney Hope Fruchtman received her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University in June 1995 and has been a member of the Arizona State Bar since October 1995. Hope focuses her practice on family law matters including dissolution of marriage, custody, paternity and child support cases. She has also worked extensively within the Juvenile Court of Maricopa County, serving on a contract basis for the Office of Court-Appointed Counsel in 1999 and 2000, and handles cases in the areas of juvenile dependencies, juvenile severance, and step-parent adoption, as well as matters of guardianship of minors in the Juvenile and guardianship of adults in the Probate court. Hope is a member of the family law section of the Arizona State Bar and serves on the Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee for the Arizona State Bar. Hope is a former officer in the family law section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
