Ankita is a lead attorney at State 48 Law Firm who graduated from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law with the Highest Distinction for her pro bono work.
Prior to attending law school, Ankita served for a year in the AmeriCorps and taught kindergarten to underprivileged children in one of the most impoverished parts of Washington D.C. While in law school, Ankita worked as a certified limited practice student at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office and as a law clerk at the United States Senate. Ankita gained invaluable experience in family law, working as a judicial intern for the Honorable Katherine Cooper while Judge Cooper was on her family law rotation at the Arizona Superior Court. Known for her strong argument and drafting abilities, Ankita works at both the trial and appellate court level, with a win in the appellate court as recently as August 2021.
