He has prepared and prosecuted trademark applications, and patent applications relating to a wide variety of technological fields including the farming, communications, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, computer, computer software, and semiconductor fields. Michael is the managing partner of Parsons & Goltry, an intellectual property law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, an active member of the state bar of Arizona, is an affiliate member of the state bar of Idaho, and is an a avid fly-fisherman.
