Exactly what I needed!

Richard took over my custody case after a couple previous lawyers couldn't seem to be up against a rather aggressive lawyer of the other party in my case. The previous lawyers seemed out of their depth and unprofessional with my case and this was letting the other party gain more favorable results th...roughout the court, however, I found Richard and once Richard took over the case, the tide literally turned in my favor. He will fight for you and he will come up with good strategies to get the results you want. I ended up with full custody and now my child is that much safer. Thank you Richard!

Aggressive Attorney who Won my case

Richard was outstanding in helping me navigate the family court system in AZ, and from the moment I retained him to file my petition against my son's mother for parenting time and decision making, the process was smooth and informative throughout. Because I am a great father who kept my receipts, doc...umentation and text communications with mother, I was able to provide Richard with what he needed to further strengthen his legal strategy in our case. I ended up winning at my court hearing and getting every single thing I asked for in my petition, due to Richard's masterful performance in court during his cross examination and follow-up. I would 10/10 recommend Richard to every single parent out there. He was able to demonstrate to the judge that the other parent was a liar and not credible. If you're one of those people who think the legal system is rigged against single fathers, hire Mr. Richard Nedlin and watch what happens. I would not have won my case without this man.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
