Peadar Seamas Conchobhair

Peter James O'Connor is an Arizona attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience in appellate advocacy, criminal and civil litigation, and estate planning and probate. He served as Assistant Solicitor General with the New Mexico Department of Justice, briefing civil and criminal appeals before the New Mexico Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and as an Assistant Attorney General in Arizona. He began his career as a senior law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals. In private practice he has handled estate planning and probate administration, consumer debt defense, bankruptcy, and criminal and civil litigation. He prepares motions and briefs for firms on a contract basis. He earned a J.D. and an M.S. in Agribusiness and Resource Management from Arizona State University, and he is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
