Parker J. Dippel is an associate attorney whose practice is grounded in criminal defense advocacy, litigation strategy, and client-focused defense. He has defended clients in matters involving felony and misdemeanor criminal allegations, wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, bad faith, and has handled key phases of litigation including depositions, investigations, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Parker also brings courtroom experience in serious felony matters across multiple jurisdictions. He has defended criminal cases in multiple states and practices in Federal Court.
In addition to his litigation practice, Parker is committed to developing the next generation of trial lawyers. He coaches the Trial Team at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he teaches law students courtroom advocacy and trial skills. Parker’s advocacy credentials include winning the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers 53rd Jenckes Cup Closing Argument Competition and earning multiple national individual awards for outstanding advocacy. Before entering practice, Parker built a strong foundation in public service, policy, and legal analysis through internships with Senator John McCain and Congressman David Schweikert, where he gained firsthand insight into constituent advocacy, federal agencies, the legislative process, and public policy.
Parker earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in May 2024, along with a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and the Highest Pro Bono Distinction for completing 900 hours of pro bono work. While in law school, he founded the Family Legal Interest Project, reflecting his commitment to community service and meaningful access to the legal system. He also served as a law clerk in several offices, including criminal defense, civil litigation, and the Homicide Unit of the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office. Parker earned his B.S. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in May 2019.
