Jason F Wood

Jason F. Wood advises clients on all facets of corporate and real estate law.  Jason has represented clients ranging from individuals to public companies in matters both large and small, and his in-house experience at a publicly-traded company has made him acutely aware of the risks and challenges that businesses face every day. 

Jason regularly counsels developers, builders, buyers, and sellers in the acquisition, development, operation, leasing, and divestiture of improved and unimproved real estate, including everything from raw land to finished lots, golf courses, and commercial buildings.  He also has a broad range of experience representing business owners and investors in stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures from the initial phases of target identification and due diligence through negotiation and closing.

In addition to his transactional practice, Jason has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial and real estate litigation matters.  Jason’s experience includes representing members of the Arizona real estate and business communities in administrative proceedings, all forms of alternative dispute resolution, and litigation in venues across the state.
