Mr. Duncan has certainly delivered a positive outcome, on more than one occasion. Our first interaction was in 2010. I was facing D.U.I. charges and already on probation. Thankfully, I was instructed to contact his office, by a wise family member. Mr. Duncan took care of all proceedings until I was t...o appear. Once I did, the case was completed that day and brought down to a traffic violation with fine. To which, did not violate my probation and kept me out of prison. In 2016, I sought out Mr. Duncan’s services again. To reinstate the rights I lost, from a case in 2006-2008. Which unfortunately he did not have a hand in. The 2016 was another win, as far as reinstatement of my civil rights. His help was once again wisely used this past year(2018). Where he kept his word, following up and advising me to try again, regarding reinstatement. He was again victorious, reinstating my gun rights. I can not imagine the time and resources it could have taken, had I never been directed to speak with Mr. Duncan. I am sincerely appreciative.
