Mr. Kramoltz is an Arizona licensed real estate broker. He owns and operates Simply Sold ND Realty. His legal knowledge enables him to provide superior representation to buyers and sellers of homes and residential real estate. Mr. Kramoltz also represents residential rehabilitators, speculators, and owner-builders, and new home builders and developers. He assists with short sales, foreclosures and other problems and disputes that arise from the ownership or construction of a home.
