First off, let me apologize for this miscommunication, I am not sure when or where you sent that information but I have not received it as of yet. .... Perhaps you may have called a different office, an old phone number, or perhaps you may have sent this detailed outline of your case to an email address that is not being monitored, I am not sure at all. I did switch my offices within the last few months, so that might have been the issue too. I would be glad to hear when you called, where you sent the email etc. so I can get to the bottom of this. Just so you know, I do keep a record of all calls and emails so that I do not run into this type of problem.
