Ed brings a rare, courtroom-tested background to every case he handles for injured clients. Before founding the firm, he spent years trying cases on both sides of the docket - first as a prosecutor in the Arizona Attorney General's Drug and Racketeering Section, taking multi-level trafficking and money laundering cases to trial and directing complex wiretap investigations, and later as a Deputy County Attorney in Mohave County, conducting felony jury trials and grand jury proceedings across narcotics, DUI, domestic violence, and assault cases.

That trial-tested foundation carried into civil practice. As an Assistant Attorney General in the AG's Liability Management Section, Ed defended the Arizona Department of Transportation in high-stakes litigation, managing a caseload of 30+ active matters with combined exposure exceeding $100 million. He later moved to the plaintiff's side at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., before opening his own practice.
