Renee B Gerstman

In private practice, Renee provides in-person and virtual arbitration/mediation services. She also serves on the roster of the AAA commercial neutrals, and panels of Complex Cases, Construction, Real Estate, Consumer, and Merger and Acquisition.

Renee enjoys working with smaller businesses, helping her clients choose the right entity structure, organizational model, working through negotiations, contracts, and advising clients on the day-to-day issues that arise.

Renee negotiates and drafts commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements for her business clients. In the event of a lease dispute, she will work with litigation counsel to resolve the dispute and avoid protracted litigation.

Renee has represented both owners and contractors in construction-related legal matters. She has experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and works closely with her contractor clients to resolve disputes as they arise.
