Biography
George Smith is a third-generation Arizonan who has been practicing law throughout the state since 1997. He attended Arizona State University, earning his Bachelor’s degree in 1992 and his law degree from Arizona State University in 1996. He has been with Berk Law Group, PC since 2000.
George has a broad, interdisciplinary practice in the state and federal courts of Arizona, including litigation of commercial and business disputes, probate and estate, real estate disputes, personal injury cases and family lawmatters. He prides himself on providing not only legal solutions and advice, but also practical solutions and advice to his clients. He understands that a lawsuit is not the only, or the best, answer to every client’s problem.
In his free time, George serves as a leader in his son’s cub scout pack and enjoys spending time with his family, reading history books, skiing, and following the Sun Devils.
