Mr. Foutz is an oustanding attorney and the nicest person

Brian Foutz handled my family law case and he couldn't have been more professional or kind. He always took time to answer my questions and was very empathetic during a very stressful situation. I would not hesitate to hire him to represent me in the future or to send my friends to him if they need ...a great attorney.

Would not recommend

Mr. Foutz was hard to get a hold of. There was a period of approximately two weeks where I was unable to reach him. My emails and phones were not returned during this time. It is my opinion that Mr. Foutz needs more experience in dealing with Family Court matters. My questions were not answered... and when dealing with the defendant's attorney I did all the talking while Mr. Foutz sat there and did not offer any input. There was never any feedback or recommendations. I did not feel as if I was being represented by an attorney. In my opinion ,I paid a lot of money to have someone fill out forms and that's about it. I would not recommend Mr. Foutz.

A kind and knowledgeable attorney

Mr. Foutz handled my divorce and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. I highly recommend him and his firm of Allen & Foutz.
