Brian A. Foutz is a fourth generation Arizonan with strong family ties to the Phoenix area. He attended school locally at Encanto, Clarendon and Central High School and later Brigham Young University. In law school, Brian served as Administrative Editor of Law Review. He was formerly employed by the Institute for Justice, the Law Office of John V. Riggs, and Horan Law Offices. He also is the former Director of Student Affairs at Phoenix School of Law and a trained mediator.
Brian enjoys involvement in youth sports and has coached numerous teams in the Provo and Clarendon Little Leagues and the Recreational Association of Madison Meadows-Simis (RAMMS). He is a former scoutmaster of BSA Troop 38, and is an Eagle Scout. He is a huge sports fan of all our local teams—Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Suns, Coyotes and Sun Devils. He is an avid reader, loves sailing, and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

Would not recommend
Mr. Foutz was hard to get a hold of. There was a period of approximately two weeks where I was unable to reach him. My emails and phones were not returned during this time. It is my opinion that Mr. Foutz needs more experience in dealing with Family Court matters. My questions were not answered...
