She does expect you to do the work with her, but if you’re interested in a successful outcome and you are smart, then you’ll follow her advice as she knows her business. She also does this in a way that allowed us to save money, as she gave us lots of homework that allowed us to keep our costs down when she could of easily had her office do the work and just billed us for the hours. Angela outlined our case from the very beginning in a very matter-of-fact way and continued that approach throughout our case. I have to emphasize that this was critical as we were quite emotional over this case. We needed somebody with clarity and vision that would not get wrapped up in our emotion. Too many people sympathize vs. strategize. When you hire an attorney for a family law case, you need your attorney to do the latter and strategize and that is what Angela provides. She focuses on the law, the strategy, the process, the requirements and the step-by-step approach needed to walk through the case and this helps ease the emotional stress. This was not a one-time thing. This was not something that she was going to get paid for or credit for in the future, but it was another example of her diligent and professional attitude in providing us that outlook. We now have some solid plans in place for dealing with situations that may arise because of Angela’s advice. I would recommend Angela to anybody looking to fight a family law case.
