Great lawyer!

Mr. Moak is trustworthy, affordable, and accessible! I had no idea what I was doing with my bankruptcy and he was very attentive and helped me understand every step. Highly recommend!

The very best

I have filed chapter 13 in the past this by far was such a better experience filing my chapter 7 and working with Mr Moak and his firm. I can't say enough about them. They were pleasant kind and understanding. Mr Moak was highly involved From start to finish in my case made me fee much more at e...ase. I would suggest Mr Moak for all of your legal needs.

Best decision I ever made!

Mr. Moak is a pleasure to work with. He's trustworthy, realistic, and knowledgeable about the entire process, as is paralegal Kayla. I found the automated emails/texts they send to keep you informed to be very convenient. This does not at all take away from the human interaction you may require a...t any point. The ability to file forms with them electronically was incredibly convenient. Everyone knows Mr. Moak at the courthouse as he works many, many cases -- which is incredible, as I would have never known this based on how available him and Kayla were to me. If you want the best outcome, you've got to hire the best. Hire the Moak Law Firm.

Look for another attorney

Mr. Moak knew that I was in a crisis situation financially. I believe he told me untrue information in an effort to get my case. Six months after filing chapter 7 bankruptcy I am facing the exact situation that caused me to file bankruptcy in the first place, losing my home. The attorney for the or...ganization that has a lien on my home told me that bankruptcy would not stop the sale of my home only postpone it. Mr. Moak told me filing bankruptcy would leave the lien attached to my home but stop the sale of it. I would not recommend Walter Moak to anyone. He was vague, condescending, and I do not honestly think he did his due diligence with my case. I mostly talked via email with his paralegal and often wouldn't hear from his office for weeks unless I was doing the follow up. I have learned a valuable lesson by using Walter Moak as an attorney. Next time I need an attorney I will interview three or four no matter my desperation level.
