Dave Roer helped me during a prefile case. I was scared my future would be tainted by criminal charges and I am thankful he helped me because charges were never brought. We hired this attorney for a simple case and were charged an unbelievable amount of money that he required up front, however never being in trouble with the law we paid the amount due to his implied legal skill, suppose that reputation experience and the fact that he was a former judge and new the la...ws and people. This end result after many months was a very weak plea agreement that was not in our favor and we we're very disappointed with his service. We would have gotten better representation out of a public defender.
