About me

I have been in business for over 47 years.

A graduate of Rugers Law School in New Jersey, Ray practiced law in New Jersey for 11 years before moving to Arizona.  For the past 35 years in Arizona, he has been known as a trustworthy, reliable and experienced personal injury lawyer.

He promises in your initial free consultation, to show you ways to “improve your case,” which means there are concrete steps a person with genuine claims can take to improve the chances of success in their legal case.

On a personal note, Ray has been married for 40 plus years.  Twenty four years ago, he helped establish and build a no-kill shelter for homeless dogs and cats.  It is still in operation.  Also, Ray is involved in fighting Valley Fever and recently walked in a fund raiser.

You will find Ray helpful and engaging.  He will protect your rights and seek all possible compensation due to you.

Ray is involved in practically any kind of injury case you can imagine.  All the way from serious auto wreck to a vicious dog attack to an airplane crash, to a medical malpractice matter or a slip and fall, a matter against a tavern owner for serving excessive liquor to patron who later caused an accident.  The injuries ranged from minor ones to horrendous such as brain damage to wrongful death cases.

I  associate with the top 1 or 2% of trial lawyers that are best suited for your particular case.  For example: if you have a medical malpractice case I will assign you with one of the few top law firms that substantially or solely does medical malpractice matters.  My vast years of injury law practice and my access to associates with top injury lawyers suited for your particular case, not ones that are learning on your case, has enabled me to obtain top results for you.  In essence it is a tremendous asset to select the top injury lawyers that are seasoned in your particular case.  I try to avoid personal injury lawyers that try to do every injury case that you can think of.
