I am passionate about providing quality legal plans so families can protect their legacies. My law practice is limited to Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration.  I am licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and Arizona and am the managing partner for Dana and Associates, LLC in Arizona and Southern Califonia. My goal is to provide families with personalized legal plans with a focus on paperless planning, service and education, and comprehensive care. 

Paperless planning includes giving you digital access to your estate planning documents so you and your family can access them at any time from anywhere. However, this also includes making sure your digital assets are protected. I am particularly interested in digital asset planning, for example how to leave cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin to your kids. 

Service and education are also really important to me. I want to ensure you are making informed decisions about your planning and the process. This is particularly true when it comes to the lengthy and complicated process of probate. At Dana and Associates, LLC and EDS Firm we know that the legal issues after the loss of a loved one can be really challenging and we want to support you through the process. 

Lastly, we want to offer comprehensive care. We offer complimentary one-hour sessions to meet with an attorney and assess what you need. At the end of that meeting, the attorney will quote you a flat fee for engagement so you know how much the process will cost from the beginning. After you have engaged and meet with an attorney, the goal is to make sure your plan is followed through so your heirs avoid probate and harsh tax burdens. I want to make sure that my client's trusts are funded correctly and our firm offers a complimentary Trust-Asset Coordination session to make sure all the time and energy you put into your estate plan is done correctly.
