Michael Delgado has been my attorney for 3 cases: my divorce, a modification of parenting time and a relocation case. I knew that my case was going to be difficult as I was trying to relocate. I was hoping to settle out of court and avoid Trial, but my ex would not agree. We were forced to go to Tria...l in October, 2017. We won at Trial and now I can take my children with me. Michael always has gone above and beyond for me, he and his staff have always been available for my questions and concerns. They have been honest and direct so I knew at all times what was going on with my cases. I would recommend Michael Delgado for all family law matters.

I hired him as my lawyer for my divorce case. He made do some of the unnecessary things for my case to increase my monthly fees. I spent over 20k for my case! His paralegal will ask for same things over and over again. If I tell her I already sent all the information, she would say that it will co...st me more money if she uses her time to look for it. Wrote emails to update my status on my case and no responses for days or a week. I really felt that he wasn't doing his job right and increasing my bills every month. I do not recommend him for a divorce case.
