I hired Mr. Webb for a step parent adoption of my 14 year old May of 2017. Mr Webb came across as rushed, very unorganized, and made me feel like I was not worth his time. Mr. Webb ignored me the majority of the time, and never contacted me about any hearings, etc unless I reached out to him the da...y prior. Mr. Webb insisted I needed to spend $1500 on "social study" the turned out to be one of his friends. When I asked the judge about this, he said "there is no need for that what so ever" FINALLY, when the adoption was final, 3 days shy of a year in May 2018, he never sent me an invoice. I requested it twice. Once in July, and again in October. LAST week, on July 7, 2019, I get an email from him, responding from my October 2018 email saying he apologize for the delay, and attached the invoice. Customer service, attention to detail, communication, promptness all rated 1 star if not NO STARS
